AN ACT to amend and reenact section five, article one, chapter
twenty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the
division of labor.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section five, article one, chapter twenty-one of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1. DIVISION OF LABOR.
§21-1-5. Continuation of division.
Pursuant to article ten, chapter four of this code, the
division of labor shall continue to exist until the first day of
July, two thousand four, unless sooner terminated, continued or
reestablished pursuant to that article.
